Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: Jan 2026

1. Service Provider Dominance

All refund eligibility and cancellation penalties are governed strictly by the Fare Rules of the respective Service Provider. If a Provider designates a booking as "Non-Refundable," the Company has no authority to override such a designation or provide a refund from its own funds.

2. Administrative Service Fees

The Company reserves the right to charge a non-refundable administrative processing fee for all voluntary cancellations or modifications requested by the User. This fee is independent of any penalties levied by the Service Provider. The Company's original facilitation fee is considered earned at the time of booking and is not subject to refund.

3. Religious Travel (Umrah and Hajj)

Visa fees and mandatory government platform charges (e.g., Nusuk) are 100% non-refundable once the application has been initiated or submitted to the respective Ministry. Ground arrangements, including transport and accommodation, are subject to strict provider policies and are generally non-recoverable within 30 days of the scheduled travel date.

4. Refund Execution and Timelines

  • Method: Approved refunds will be remitted exclusively to the original payment source.
  • Timelines: Once approved by the Service Provider, the Company will initiate the refund process within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Financial Institution Delays: Reversals to credit or debit cards are subject to international banking cycles and may take 30 to 45 days to reflect in the User's account. The Company is not liable for delays originating from the User's financial institution.

5. No-Show and Partial Usage

Failure to utilize a booking (No-Show) or the partial use of a multi-segment itinerary results in the immediate forfeiture of the remaining value; no refund shall be processed for unused segments or services.
